As a Property Manager Chi-Fu has dealt with many different Strata Corporations, gaining valuable industry knowledge first hand. Through property management he has also had the benefit of working with over 15 different Strata Management companies, which has helped him to observe what they are doing well, and what we can improve upon.

Steve Sui owns Top Vision Developments – specializing in the building of single family homes. Steve is also the owner of Carnarvon Garden Development – specializing in multifamily homes.

He has over 20 years of experience building both in Canada and China.
